Our Technology
Using the latest technology, we can complete your project with the highest
precision, consistency and quality.

Our first system is a 24" x 48" open table with two 100 watt lasers. It is one of the
larger type systems capable of cutting, etching and 3-D engraving. |
 |
Our second system is a 180 watt laser working with a precision 16" x 16" servo driven
table. This means a smoother edge and tighter tolerances. |
 |
Our third system is a galvo scanner powered by diverting the laser beam from our
second system. This system has a 72" x 28" machine table underneath for large step and repeat jobs.
Simple line art can be etched within seconds, making this the perfect system for high production. |

Our fourth system is a 150 watt laser by
Kern Electronics and Lasers, Inc.
with a 52"x100" table for high speed engraving and cutting. This is one of the larger systems
available and engraves the full width at up to 150 inches per second. |
